Underwater Navigation
You will get introduced to the various underwater navigation techniques (i.e. natural navigation, compass navigation), so you will always find your way back to your access point. This is a key safety element underwater. The aim of the course is to enable you to independently lead a buddy team or a small group back to point of entry.
Requirements for the course are CMAS* (or equivalent), min. 14 years of age.
The course includes a short in-class lecture and 4 open water dives.
Leadership in Diving / Group Leader
This course teaches you skills necessary to lead a small group of divers. It includes the briefing, performing the dive, debriefing, as well as certain responsibilities of the diver leading a group. Requirements for this course are CMAS* (or equivalent), min. 15 years of age, and the specialties first aid/oxygen administration, and underwater navigation. The course consists of a short in-class lecture and 2 open water dives.
Deep Diving
Upon completion of this course you will be able to safely plan and perform deep dives, including the relevant safety precautions, especially for multiple dives.
Requirements for this course are CMAS* and min. 14 of age.
During an in-class lecture you will learn about air consumption, time, and decompression calculations for deep diving.
In two open water dives you will practice with an instructor what you have learned in class.
First Aid / Oxygen Administration
This course is the introduction to rescue diving. It will teach you first aid with a special focus on dive accidents. You will further learn how to use and administer first aid kits and various oxygen systems, including practicing with a dummy. The only requirement to take the course is a minimum age of 12 years. The theoretical and practical lectures take approximately 8 hours.
Night Diving (including 2 night dives from the beach)
This course offers you an introduction to night diving, which isone of the requirements for the CMAS***.
You will get to experience the special fascination a night dive has to offer and learn about the necessary preparation and equipment for such dives.
The requirements for this course are CMAS*, min. 16 years of age, and the specialty underwater navigation.
The course includes in-class lectures as well as two exciting night-dives with one of our instructors.
Rescue Diver (including 4 dives)
This course teaches you the relevant precautions in order to avoid accidents, as well as the necessary actions to take after a diving accident.
This specialty is a pre-requisite for the CMAS**-course.
The requirements for the Rescue Diver specialty are CMAS* (or equivalent), min. 14 years of age, and the specialty First Aid / Oxygen Administration.
The course includes approximately 5 hours of in class-theory as well as two open water dives in which the techniques learnt will be practiced.
Wreck Diving
This course will introduce you to the special charme but also the dangers of wreck diving. The requirements for this course are CMAS** (or equivalent), and min. 16 years of age. The course includes approximately 5 hours of in class-theory as well as four open water dives in which the techniques learnt will be practiced.
Dry Suit Diving
In this course you will learn about the special features of a dry suit and the techniques to handle it properly. In order to enjoy longer and more comfortable dives in cold waters, dry suits have become more and more popular. With some practice and input from one of our instructors, you will quickly become a good dry suit diver. A five hour in-class lecture will prepare you for the two following dry-suit-dives.
Nitrox (Basic)
Nitrox is a breathing gas with more 21% oxygen. It allows for longer bottom time, shorter decompression time, and overall a healthier dive, as you take in less nitrogen. The goal of the course is to prepare you to safely plan and perform Nitrox-dives with oxygen percentages of 22%-40%. The requirements for this course are CMAS* (or equivalent), and min. 14 years of age. The course will introduce you to the features of Nitrox diving through approx. 4-6 hours of in-class lectures and two open water dives.
Nitrox (Advanced)
Completion of this course allows for longer dives with a preplanned decompression. By using Nitrox for the ascend, the deco-time can be signifantly shortened. The goal of this course is to allow the participant to safely plan and perform decompression-dives with two Nitrox mixtures and one breathing gas change. The requirements for this course are CMAS*** (or equivalent), min. 18 years of age, and completion of a basic Nitrox specialty. The course will teach you the handling of buoy, reel, spool, stage (additional deco-tank), and double tanks for depths down to 40m. It further includes learning and practicing to calculate and perform decompression.
